virtualhost - sub server is not working virtualmin -

Mysql is not working after creating sub-server in virtualmen. After restarting MySql, it is working for some time and again it stops working. And also sub server always point to its main server landing page.

Any help is most appreciated. Thanks to the user in the root user, it correctly changes it properly
