eclipse - Ubuntu is not detecting my android device -

I'm new to Android. I've just downloaded and installed Android SDK. Now when I run an app from Apple, my The device is not detected. I was googled and brought in with this as my solution, but she did not even work.

Here is the 51-android.rules

  SUBSYSTEMS == "usb", ATTR {idProduct} == "0BB4", ATTR {idProduct} == " 0c03 ", MODE =" 0666 ", GROUP =" plugindev ", OWNER =" & lt; username "; After that I rebooted my laptop, and it ran the command:
  laptop name: username / ~ / Android / adt-bundle / Sdk / platform-tools $ Adb device

I get this output:

  * daemon is not running Now start at 5037 port * Started * List of attached equipment No permission

edit

If I run lsusb , then when the device is plugged in I get the following output just 002 Device 004: ID 0bb4: 0c03 HTC (High Tech Computer Corp) Bus 002 Device 002: ID 8087: 0024 Intel Corp Integrated Rate Match Hub Just 002 Device 001: ID1d6b: 0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 Route Hub Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04f2: B-337 Chinchin Electronics Co., Ltd.
