php - Joomla 3.2.3 error when quickstart installing -

I am creating a Joomla quickstart pack using Joomla 3.2.3. But when I'm trying to install it, I found this error:

Error displaying error page: Application Instant Error: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_APPLICATION_LOAD " < p> But I did the same with the Joomla version 2.5.6 and it is working.
